Kao has a unique opportunity to join our finance team. This role is based in our Box Hill office with parking on site.

This opportunity exists for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Box Hill. Reporting through to the Credit Control Team Leader– the role will have responsibility for the credit control function.

Working in a high performance team, the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a combination of technical skillset, attention to detail, strong customer focus and commercial outlook. You will also be motivated, and driven to succeed in a challenging change management environment. You will be able to work as part of a team and manage your own KPI's to ensure consistent results.

We are ideally seeking a professional credit controller with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Responsibilities:

Key Role activities include

  • Keeps the customer at the forefront and knows how to deliver amazing service
  • Builds effective working relationships characterized by a high level of networking cooperation, and mutual respect
  • Has ambition and drive to want to implement change and is willing to challenge the status quo
  • Has experience within Credit, understands the Credit profession and has practice with working with different customer types.
  • Can quickly read a situation and show good judgement when weighing up pros and cons associated with customers’ position and key relationship our organisation
  • Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills with an eye for detail

Qualifications:

  • Previous credit control / accounts receivable experience
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver on deadlines and work autonomously
  • Well-developed communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders internally & externally.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • MSOffice intermediate to advance
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Experience with high volume numeric and alpha data entry
