Kao is embarking on an exciting new phase and we are recruiting 2-3 Customer Service Representatives to join our team based in Box Hill.

Reporting through to the Customer Service Team Leader– the role will have responsibility for the processing of our customer orders, handling enquiries and providing our customers with a legendary customer experience.

Working in a high performance team, the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a combination of technical skillset, attention to detail, strong customer focus and commercial outlook. You will also be motivated, and driven to succeed in a challenging change management environment. You will be able to work as part of a team and manage your own KPI's to ensure consistent results.

We are ideally seeking an experience customer service representative with at least 2-3 years of similar experience.

Responsibilities:

Key Role activities include

  • Generate & check daily order summary to review open orders
  • Manage customer and sales representative phone calls and order flow to daily order cycle (e.g. cut-off) through to customer with optimum service levels
  • Manually entering salon orders into SAP from phone/email/fax and sales
  • Manually entering special orders after required approval
  • Advising customers of monthly promotions
  • Checking, updating and releasing orders with delivery blocks
  • Processing conversion orders through to final stage in line with policy
  • Effective stake-holder management
  • Escalate order block / hold for arbitration where necessary
  • Support tasks to Team Lead / 2IC as directed

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience

  • Previous corporate customer service experience
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver on deadlines and work autonomously
  • Well-developed communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders internally & externally.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • MSOffice intermediate to advance
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Experience with high volume numeric and alpha data entry
  • High attention to detail
