Kao has a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Receptionist / Administrator to join our team for an initial 6 month contract role.
This role is based in Box Hill VIC.
This role is a hands-on driven Receptionist position with the following responsibilities:-
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining a supply register and ordering/picking up supplies, organising maintenance services e.g. cleaning, electrical etc, accepting deliveries, upkeep of office e.g. dishwasher.
Cost control - receiving invoices and delivery tickets, assisting in verifying invoices
Travel - booking interstate and international staff travel
Personnel management of VIC Team – organizing birthday cakes, presents for staff leaving/maternity leave, setting up new desk spaces with all equipment etc.

To be considered for this position you will have:
Certificate IV in Business Management or other equivalent qualification
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organisational skills and confidentiality
Excellent communications skills
Disciplined, self-managed and able to work to tight deadlines
Intermediate MS Office skills –particularly excel, powerpoint and word
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Lower level finance/accounts and procurement skills
Ability to deal effectively and calmly with challenging situations
Ability to work as part of a team in a busy and professional office environment
