To manage and build the sales capabilities of all Kao Sales Consultants and to maximize profitability within the appointed district. This means ensuring that all sales objectives are being attained, providing excellent leadership to the Sales Consultants and working closely with Education in its initiatives.
Drive sales results to exceed targets within the district
Work with each Sales Consultant in the field (one-on-one) to assist in achieving performance excellence and be available to all Sales Consultants for immediate response during business hours when not in the field.
Analyze new business opportunities and achieve a yearly New Customer Acquisition target for district through joint business planning
Drive sales growth within existing customer through best in class service
Assist Sales Consultants in establishing regular meetings with key management of existing chains.
Establish face time with key accounts (owners/managers) whether on the road, with or without a Sales Consultant.
Analyze daily sales reports and measure against Salon Consultant productivity and performance.
