Responsibilities

  • Support & contribute to global strategy with dedicated 3-5 years NPD master plan for all regions (EMEA, AM, ASIA) for the assigned sub-categories (Care & Styling) and sub-brands Dualsenses, StyleSign and other local brands referring to the future long-term brand vision
  • Ensure aligned NPD plans and brand strategy with regions and key markets, Global Business Management and Global Education as well as Regional Marketing Functions for the short- and midterm planning
  • Ensure NPD master plan delivers against global net sales and profit targets, adjust plan in case of miss
  • Development of global product concepts and execution of the entire Marketing Mix
  • Execution of business analyses (sales, profitability, etc.)
  • Insight generation: analysis of stylists and salon clients
  • Market monitoring & evaluation and competitor analyses (e.g. assessment of data, interpretation of developments, identification of business opportunities)
  • Management, coordination and supervision of projects in your areas of responsibility, in collaboration with internal departments (e.g. R&D, sales, education, legal, regulatory, packaging)
  • Initiation of market research projects and interpretation of the results
  • Management of budget (planning, forecast and controlling) for the assigned sub-category and sub-brands
  • Management of agencies and lead of global G2M activities (incl. briefings and timings)

Qualifications

  • University degree/Master in Business Management with a focus on Marketing
  • Several years of professional experience in Brand Management - preferred in beauty / global product management
  • Leadership skills and assertiveness
  • Manage conflicting parties and functions to achieve alignment
  • Outstanding conceptual, strategical and analytical skills, high capacity for abstract reasoning
  • Passion for beauty industry with a high affinity for the product groups / hair cosmetics
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented and entrepreneurial
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English; German basics appreciated, not crucial
