Intern Export EMEA (m/f)


The EMEA Export Team has a strong international orientation as it manages Distributor partners for selected Kao hairdresser exclusive and retail brands in various countries inside and outside of Europe. Be part of our international, diverse and dynamic team where you will have the opportunity to run own projects after a short adjustment period and support the commercial Team in their daily business.

Your role

  • Support actively Area Export Manager in managing countries/distributors i.p. run and analyze reports for Distributors
  • Support Area Export Manager in analyzing potential of new markets/distributors and in preparation of new market entries by running own research project with primary focus on mass business
  • Prepare and organize meetings with internal and external customers ( e.g. Customer Meetings, Team Meetings)
  • Coordinate and manage Distributor requests internally within Export, EMEA support functions and Global Marketing (e.g. coordination of regulatory and registration processes)
  • Conduct Market and Competitor Analyses for selected distributor markets


Who we are looking for

  • You are min. in your 3rd term of your business administration/ economic studies, ideally with international orientation.
  • First working experience ideally in the field of FMCG sales or marketing
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented and entrepreneurial
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Team oriented and open minded
  • Multicultural mindset
  • Excellent skills in MS Office in particular Excel
  • Excellent Skills in verbal and written English and German
