Do you have a detail-oriented approach to your work, possess excellent administrative skills and have an interest in Nordic payroll management and HR administration?

Then you have the opportunity to join a modern and global beauty- and haircare company for a 12 month maternity cover.

Responsibilities

From our office located in Copenhagen, we manage the entire payroll system for our Nordic offices.

It will be your responsibility to manage and administer the entire payroll system. We currently use external payroll partners in the four countries and we are in the process of launching WorkDay (HRIS) and you will be part of making the implementation of this system a success.

  • You are the go-to-person for managers and employees facilitating the full implementation of WorkDay.
  • You liaise with the respective line managers to ensure that employee data is correct.
  • You make sure that employee benefits such as pensions, insurance and healthcare are handled properly and carried out in a timely manner.
  • You collect input for our external payroll providers and ensure that payments are correct.
  • You are responsible for the fleet management of the Company cars

Your responsibilities also include the onboarding of new hires and all the related administrative processes. When our managers and employees need assistance related to payment and HR in general, you are ready to help and solve the issues at hand.

Qualifications

In order to solve the aforementioned tasks, it will be a great advantage, if you have a natural attention to detail and accuracy. Furthermore, you are able to plan your work efficiently, thrive with the prospect of ongoing deadlines and communicate easily with all levels of business.

  • It is important that you have a service-minded approach in your communication.
  • Preferably, you have working experience with HRIS, ideally WorkDay or the desire to learn.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and Nordic payroll is an advantage
  • Fluent in one of the four Nordic languages as well as English, both written and spoken.
  • Experienced user of the MS Office package in particularly Excel.
