To be responsible for all aspects of managing the area stores and concessions, all levels of P&L responsibility relating to relevant locations team succession planning, and development & execution and implementation of brand standards.
This position can be located anywhere in any major city in northern England.
To coach and motivate all Store Managers to be an expert at sales and service.
To meet and exceed sales/profit goals.
Ensure all Managers and their teams have been trained in product knowledge and selling.
Monitor scheduling and payroll planning to maximise sales generation and productibity.
Stay informed of current trends in the market place, both commercial and new product development.
Provides feedback to head office departments, to positively impact sales.
To participate in events and activities that reflect the company image, and to execute them with professionalism.
To offer a superior level of service to business partners in all aspects of the business.
Directs the activities of individuals and groups toward accomplishment of business goals.
Initiates and supports change; acts as a catalyst to stimulate others to change.
Identifies business problems and involves the appropriate people to act on the issue.

Previous beauty, department store or fashion retail experience is essential
Previous area management experience or large turnover multi-site experience
