To successfully participate the UK and Ireland Marketing Department actions in executing the in country brand marketing strategy and plans for Molton Brown.
Contributing to maintaining brand equity and delivering the brand image that meets our luxury vision and strategic objectives.
Assisting the Senior Brand Manager and drive projects to deliver the annual programme of agreed marketing activities designed to drive profitable, sustainable business growth.
Leveraging the global product and marketing calendars, work with the department to plan and execute the campaign calendars for UK & Ireland, to drive footfall and conversion within Molton Brown retail environments (stand alone stores, e-commerce, concessions)
Take active participation in defining and executing the PR plans across all launches
Support everywhere possible on Blockbuster campaigns (PR events, materials briefing & development, Media partnerships, etc.), and manage the PR execution for secondary launches
Actively support the Senior Brand Manager on Blockbuster campaigns, incl. trade marketing, POS / visual merchandising, in-store launch events, sampling initiatives, promotions, implementation tools briefing and development, etc.
Drive and project manage campaign activation initiatives for secondary launches
Work closely with other Global Brand Management teams, the Digital the UK Commercial teams to plan, execute and evaluate tactical customer and store activities
Report back on Marketing initiatives proposals to ensure overall plans remains within budget
Drive competitive overview on all Molton Brown key product categories and sales channels
Ensure 'wash-up' reviews are operated for all campaigns
Report back on each major initiative, including budget and associated sales performance
Assist the team with all necessary presentation or ad-hoc requests.
Manage samples orders and stock for the department and PR agency
Assist where necessary with store requests in a timely manner, incl. new stores opening
To degree level
Sales and Marketing experience, preferably in the Beauty industry
Passionate about Beauty products, brands and retailing
A team player, collaborative in nature
Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive with a high level of initiative and a clear focus on delivering tangible results
