To successfully support the Senior Brand Manager, EMEA Market in building and executing the brand marketing strategy and plan for Molton Brown in your local market and in EMEA.
Instrumental in the development and maintenance of a strong brand equity through the execution of a distinctive blue print PR strategy and innovative store eventing plans, in order to support NPD launches.
Partner with Sales Team to provide a consistently clear Brand Proposition to all customers.
*Fluent in German is essential in this role*
Building from the global brand strategy, work closely with the Senior Brand Manager to define the EMEA Market and Sales Strategy for all doors.
Work closely with Global brand management team to leverage the global sell in and with the Sales team to lead the definition of innovative campaign activation blueprint programs for EMEA Markets, in order to achieve excellence in the luxury market place, whilst hitting brand ambition of footfall, conversion and ATV within MB stores.
With the support of the Marketing team, execute campaign activation plans – incl. tactical POS supports, store events, sampling, and promotions. Lead the Brand Strategy execution to deliver against brand equity and meet budget requirements.Manage agency relationships where required, focusing on delivering value on actions at all touch point.Evaluate against KPIs.
Help in driving the blueprint PR strategy and manage the agency to deliver distinctive PR events and editorial coverage that drives brand proposition across all media types. Encourage the agency to drive first to market opportunities and innovation stories.Drive media buying agency to produce first in class media plans. Manage partnership strategies. Evaluate against KPIs.
Effectively manage marketing budget on a daily basis and track spend in a timely manner.
Working in collaboration and alignment with the Sales Team on all customer facing activities so that both the luxury brand proposition and Sales opportunities are realised.
Educated to degree level
Fluent in German
Minimum of three years' experience preferably within a health & beauty, brand-driven business
At least two years spent in a head office product development role essential
Experience in a global business is an advantage
Demonstrable consumer focus and ability to turn insight into actionable projects
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
Strong academics, highly numerate and able to identify trends
Comfortable with a high level of initiative and a clear focus on delivering results
Demonstrable strong affinity with the Molton Brown brand and the luxury beauty world
