Overview

To successfully support the UK and Ireland Associate Director of Marketing in building and cascading the marketing strategy and plans for Molton Brown in all Trade Partner and Outlet environments.
Instrumental in the development and maintenance of a strong brand equity and consistent customer experience through the execution of the Marketing plans, in order to support NPD launches and all year round trade, while managing and developing the Junior Brand Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Building from the global brand strategy, work closely with the UK & Ireland Marketing AD to define tailored marketing campaigns and retail strategy for all Trade partners and Outlets.
    This includes the definition of NPD launch previews, exclusives assortment and the support of special offers, over the 2-3 upcoming years.
  • Work closely with the UK Marketing Senior Brand Manager and Global brand management team to leverage the global NPD calendar, and with the Trade Partners Retail team to define tailored innovative campaign activations for UK & Ireland. Achieving excellence in the luxury market place, whilst hitting brand ambition of footfall, conversion and ATV within 3rd Party environments. Work closely with the UK Marketing Senior Brand Manager and Global brand management team to leverage the global NPD calendar, and with the Trade Partners Retail team to define tailored innovative campaign activations for UK & Ireland. Achieving excellence in the luxury market place, whilst hitting brand ambition of footfall, conversion and ATV within 3rd Party environments.
  • With the support of the Junior Brand Manager, execute Trade partners' specific activation plans – incl. tactical POS supports, store eventing, sampling and promotions.
    Lead the execution to deliver against brand equity and meet budget requirements.
    Manage agency relationships if required.
  • Plan and help deliver sell-in meetings with Trade partners across the year.
  • Effectively manage Trade Marketing budget on a daily basis, make recommendations and track spend in a timely manner.
  • Manage, develop and inspire the Junior Brand Manager.
    Setting annual objectives & reviews.

Qualifications

  • Degree
  • Marketing Qualification
  • 5+ years, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry
  • Previous experience in Trade Marketing (3rd Party environment)
  • Travel within UK and ROI
