TheCluster Manager is a multi-sited store management level position within the Retail Sales Team with full accountability for top line sales and profit of locations within cluster.

Accountable for stores, concessions and unmanned doors within a defined geographical area.
To manage P&Ls to drive profitable growth and deliver effective cost management.
To drive top line sales across Molton Brown locations within Cluster remit.
To drive Molton Brown’s share of business in Department Stores.
To build relationships that maximise business growth and opportunities, ie host stores and shopping centres or outlet villages.
To work with Area Manager and UK Brand Management Team to help formulate business plans that will drive continued growth of the Molton Brown brand.
To work with the Area Manager to formulate and implement Cluster and store/concession/unmanned door business plans within set budgets and deliver profitable results.
To report to Area Manager on progress within Cluster stores/concessions/ unmanned doors.
To be aware of UK Retail Sales strategic objectives and priorities.
To implement Company vision and plan for basic top line sales, product launches and best in class launches.
To lead by example and motivate sales teams within the cluster to deliver excellence across the retail KPI’s.
To create and deliver an environment of development and training.
To deliver “A Blend That Works” with consistency.
To work with Area Manager on range/space management.
Winning track record in
Delivering top/bottom line sales within Brand Strategies /Guidelines
People Management and High Performing Team Development
Experienced in building relationships with retailers for the benefit of the total business.
Ability to analyse sales and P&L data in order to make recommendations to improve profitability in Cluster locations.
In depth knowledge of the UK customers and competitor market.
Proven track record of cross functional teamwork.
Proven track record of P&L accountability.
Significant experience in Account/Store Manager role with premium beauty retailer.
BTEC National Diploma.
NVQ’s: Levels 2 and 3 in Retail. Level 4 in Sales.
