This is a great opportunity to join the Creative Services team at Molton Brown. Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will responsible for taking creative concepts and realising them as print-ready artwork primarily across 2D graphics, but you may be required to help out with packaging artwork should the need arise.

You must be able to use your visualisation skill to bring to life both packaging and print POS artwork and knowledge of working with suppliers and photographers, a meticulous eye for detail and exceptional focus is crucial for the success of this role.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.


  • Developing designer’s concepts through to finished print-ready artwork for campaign POS artwork, marketing materials and packaging, delivering them on time and on brand
  • Presenting artwork to key stakeholders, articulating reasoning behind typographic and creative decision-making while capturing their feedback and subsequently applying it
  • Attending project meetings to ensure that artwork is delivered according to business needs
  • For campaign artwork, creating and delivering pre-shoot artwork shells and template files, as well as final files to printers and other areas of the business
  • Providing colour matching proofs and ensuring colour accuracy of print proofs from our printers
  • Checking/distrubuting/approving all digital packaging proofs back from suppliers
  • Managing the use of the Molton Brown name, logo, marks, visual identity and key equities in all areas covered by the creative team and, working with the senior designer, produce and maintain POS guidelines and templates
  • The management of uploading final campaign files to the central depository so that it is easily accessible to the relevant areas of the business
  • Management of the image library


  • Demonstrate relevant experience with a strong portfolio, specifically packaging and large suites of global campaign POS and marketing material
  • Have experience of working for a luxury brand with a heavy workload in a fast passed environment, whilst being able to adapt to changing priorities to accommodate the needs of Molton Brown
  • Additional creative skills desirable: retouching
  • Design-related degree or demonstration of relevant experience in packaging and global campaign POS artwork
