The Customer Logistics Coordinator will act as point of contact for customer sales enquiries and carry out the corresponding administrative tasks whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery. Creating and updating customer order forms and product price lists. Ensuring a high level of accuracy in all levels of documentation – customer correspondence, order forms, contracts, price lists, etc. Dealing with customers' sales queries via telephone, email, fax or post. Providing a central point of contact for liaison with Account Managers. Providing and maintaining a high level of customer service based on parameters established by the Company. Create new accounts and complete the relevant documents relating to new account openings. Trouble shooting problem areas and escalate if necessary. Generating reports for the sales team and management. Maintaining customer data in SAP and Salesforce. Flexibility to support cross-functional requirements within the department including the retail and shipping co-ordinators responsibilities. Qualifications
The jobholder must possess or have experience of:
Customer services Multi-task handling Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to work in a team environment Microsoft Office and Outlook SAP experience would be an advantage
