The Digital Email Coordinator (DEC) is to play a key role in managing the email marketing function, responsible for end-to-end creation and deployment of emails across the global estate and monitoring performance, reviewing analytics and producing daily, weekly and monthly reports on each broadcast and its performance.
Day to day: managing the end-to-end creation, planning and execution of all email campaigns for the global estate including and not limited to UK, US, AUS, DE and EU.
Work with creative & copy writer to produce content for each email within a campaign. Manage the front end email developer to ensure build of emails are correct before send to customers. Proof and test each email as well as follow and update the current email sign off process according to the developer person.
To produce weekly, monthly and campaign driven KPI reporting. highlighting insights and results and suggest actions for improvement. Recommending changes, enhancements and improvements. Produce regular online competitor reviews and analysis.
Manage subscriber database and segment and target data for targeted emails and/or email campaigns.
Monitoring digital marketing best practises and ensuring legal compliance. Work with wider team/s to brainstorm new creative growth strategies. Identify, share and drive best practise and learning’s (including to international territories) and become the centre of expertise for the digital email function.
Champion the nurture program and reactivation/trigger programs that are in place to leverage the existing customer database.
Align with internal departments (eCommerce, merchandising, legal, etc.) to ensure the customer journey is simple for the customer to make a purchase. Ensure email brand experience is consistent with overall brand objectives for the campaign.
Minimum 1-2 years digital experience in a results driven role for a consumer brand.
High attention to detail. Confident, self-motivated who requires minimal supervision and can work as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Able to analyse and interpret data and communicate clear actionable conclusions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure and to specific deadlines. Excellent time-management skills and can respond proactively and positively to changing priorities. Hands on approach with a problem solving attitude.
Works to a high standard and has inquisitive nature, with a desire to learn.
Ability to effectively work with multiple internal team members & third-parties.
