The Digital 3rd Party Manager (3PM) is to play a key role in maintaining and managing the Molton Brown partner websites focusing on the UK with some international partnership exposure. The role is responsible for ensuring consistency and providing a strong one2one relationship with all wholesale partners including but not limited to JLP, Boots, House of Fraser Digital teams.


  • Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of all 3rd Party website content in order to ensure the brand’s positioning in each partner website.
  • Help drive the expansion and profitable growth of Molton Brown’s digital business on 3rd party websites whilst ensuring Molton Brown’s own websites are not damaged or affected.
  • Management of all 3rd party websites transactional and non-transactional relationships.
  • Use analytics and performance information to report on e-commerce / website performance (sales, costs, product performance, customer behaviour, site metrics, etc.), identifying and implementing opportunities for organic growth.
  • Contribute to the development of the customer journey, website usability and overall customer experience online always keeping in mind the “customer’s moment of truth”.
  • Effectively communicate product launches, retail campaigns & promotions and activities to partners and back to the Molton brown business.
  • Work with the DT&OM, DMM and brand marketing colleagues to develop websites’ potential to act an effective hub for the brand, ensuring the information needs of consumers, business partners are met.
  • Ensure the Molton Brown brand strategy and positioning as a contemporary English luxury brand is effectively executed across all websites.
  • Manage relationships with all 3rd Party partners to ensure the brand presence is maintained and enhanced in line with overall digital and brand strategies.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and are accurate - any issues or concerns should be raised to the relevant Molton Brown Retail/Wholesale contact.


  • Online marketing experience is essential. Applicants should demonstrate a good understanding of ecommerce and online marketing concepts.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a results driven role for a consumer brand, managing external partners.
