The Digital Marketing Assistant (DMA) is to play a key role in supporting the Digital Marketing function, responsible for supporting all online marketing channels including but not limited to Affiliates, SEO, Email, Social, Paid Search, Display marketing etc. The DMA will be expected to support the ADMM with and including but not limited to supporting affiliate programme management, blogger outreach, producing daily, weekly and monthly reports on all activities and their performance.


  • Assist with planning and execution of all online marketing activities and campaigns, including but not limited to Affiliates, SEO, Email, Social, Paid Search, Display marketing, Blogger Outreach etc.
  • Creating and briefing creative, content and digital marketing assets
  • Analyse performance metrics and assist in optimising campaign performance to achieve KPIs including but not limited to ROI, Conversion, ATV etc.

  • Coordinate Digital Campaign calendar on behalf of Digital Team

  • Support the Digital Marketing Team with regular campaign reviews and wash ups, presenting back to the Digital team with results; what worked, what didn’t work etc.

  • Own and monitor Customer and Product Reviews including but not limited to BazzarVoice and BizRate

  • Responding to Customer Service Queries on Social channels in conjunction with SMC

  • Owning management of Google+, Polyvore and Pinterest as directed by the SMC and ADMM

  • Research market trends, and keep abreast of new technologies and digital innovations

  • Monitor and report Digital best practise

  • Produce regular Online competitor reviews and analysis
  • Work with wider team/s to brainstorm new creative growth strategies
  • Identify, Share and Drive best practise and learning’s (including to international territories), become the centre of expertise for the Digital Function
  • Support Social Coordinator with Social SLAs

  • 24hr, 365 day Social Support (shared with ADMM, SC & DA)


  • Degree educated desirable
  • Minimum 1-2 years digital experience in a results driven role in a similar industry
  • Able to analyse and interpret data and communicate clear actionable conclusions
  • Good Power Point and presentation skills / Good Excel skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Highly organised, with Excellent time-management skills who can respond positively to changing priorities
  • Works to a high standard and has inquisitive nature, with a desire to learn
  • Confident, self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision and can work as part of a team
  • Hands on approach with a problem solving attitude who is also resilient and calm
