Overview:

This role will support the Brand Manager in developing, implementing and analyzing marketing activities across Travel Retail and International Markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing assets and art working: The Intern will work closely with the creative team and relevant suppliers to create the marketing assets requested by the sales teams or necessary to the execution of a marketing activity. You will also be responsible for the creation of the distribution lists for TR and international markets for each campaign.

  • Competitor and Performance review: You will be responsible for preparing competitor and post-campaign reviews. Also, be in charge of analyzing the sell-out results of key partners such as WDF in order to identify insight and improve future campaigns.
  • Eventing: You will support the Brand Manager delivering the promotional sites and organizing on-counter events in TR.

Qualifications:

  • Must have completed a Business or Marketing related Bachelors Degree
  • Previous marketing experience not essential, however ability to understand marketing terminology would be an advantage
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A team player, collaborative in nature
  • Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive with a high level of initiative and a clear focus on delivering tangible results
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and potential to take ownership of projects
  • Passionate about beauty industry
  • Commercially minded and consumer focused
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power-point
