Overview:

Reporting and working with the Senior Graphic Designer, you will responsible for creating inspirational and luxurious global campaign concepts, which will elevate our brand in line with our luxury proposition. You will take responsibility for the evolution of your own campaign projects: from concept and presentation to senior management, to realisation and over-seeing artwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating inspirational mood boards and campaign concepts which inspire and challenge us as a brand within our luxury positioning
  • Researching, sourcing and liaising with photographers and production companies to help us realise campaign concepts
  • Presenting concepts to senior management
  • Working with the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be art directing photographers, stylists and set designers and co-ordinating retouching and delivery of final imagery
  • Assisting with costs and quotes for campaign assets
  • Over-seeing the production of campaign artwork from initial layout to sign off, delivery to the printer and approval of printers proofs
  • Creating designs and artwork for other marketing collateral, with responsibility for a brief from concept to print
  • Assisting when required with general administration
  • Travel within the UK

Qualifications:

  • Design-related degree
  • 2 to 3 years’ worth of experience
  • Have experience of working for a luxury retail brand
  • Experience of producing web assets
  • Have a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates the thought process of their ideas and proves that they have a great imagination and a high level of creativity
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the confidence to present at all levels of the business. The ability to take feedback in a positive way and use it constructively to further develop creative
  • Proven experience of organising and art directing photoshoots and managing the subsequent retouching
  • Proven experience of managing a heavy and fluctuating workload of simultaneous projects in an efficient and professional way, delivering to deadline and budget while keeping key stakeholders up to date on the status of projects
  • Proven experience of artworking large, complex suites of POS to print ready standard and an ability to demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrate excellent skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator with good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Acrobat Pro, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience of working in a luxury and/or beauty brand; Good knowledge and awareness of the luxury sector
