Reporting to the Associate Director (AD) for Creative, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of work across the team, including brief logging, scheduling and ensuring that projects are delivered on time as well as the creation and management of the campaign schedules. Liaison and briefing pack shots as well as management of the digital asset manager are also included alongside supporting the AD with the organisation of the annual Molton Brown Global Retail Conference.

This is a fixed term contract (12 months).


  • Reviewing, logging and scheduling creative briefs across all of the disciplines within the team ie graphics, campaign, packaging, copy and store design.
  • Working with the Senior Designer, liaising with photographers and production companies as part of the campaign realisation process.
  • Working with the packaging designer, briefing pack shots to our photographers and then uploading these to the digital asset manager.
  • Working with the Associate Director on the realisation of the MB Global conference.


  • Ability to demonstrate relevant experience in a similar business is essential
  • Experience of working in a similar fast-paced creative team with fluctuating priorities, where you have managed brief logging, scheduling and workflow management. Exemplary organisational and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience of working with photographers and production companies is highly desirable.
  • Exemplary organisational skills with the ability to manage the changing demands in a busy creative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of successfully managing challenging situations in a calm and professional way.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the creative process with experience of working with photographers and production companies.
  • The ability to review a working environment and design and implement new processes in order to better facilitate the smooth running of the team.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
