Overview:

The purpose of this position is to provide Project, Change and Business Process leadership and execution for Kao Initiatives. The Transformation Services Leader will support the initiative lead with supporting the people side of the change. Experience in Digital / Consumer facing projects is essential to be successful in this position.

Key areas of responsibility for this panregional role (Americas and EMEA) include:

1. Change Management: Leadership Alignment, Communications, Training, Measuring Adoption

2. Business Process Management: Continuous Improvement, Best Practices & Benchmarking, Root Cause Analysis, Optimization & Automation, RACI Identification, Business Process Mapping

3. Project Management: Lead projects as required, managing timeline, scope, budget, deliverables, and delivery of project benefits.

Responsibilities:

Provide change management, business process, and project management services to company initiatives by following a specific methodology including all points below:

  • Change Management: Leadership Alignment, Stakeholder Mgmt, Impact Assessment, Communications Strategy &Plan, Training Strategy and Materials Development, Adoption (measuring user readiness and project outcomes). Developing strategic plans for these areas and executing those plans with excellence. Anticipating change and communication roadblocks and proactively identify mitigation plans to address these challenges.
  • Business Process Management: Facilitate key business processes meetings to lead process transformation and business process improvement techniques to propose and implement business and system solutions that meet organizational objectives. Recommend alternative processes, best practices and strategies based upon industry best practices and competitive analysis.
  • Project Management support as required including status meeting, status reports, issue tracking, resolution, driving timelines and deliverables. Creating/executing/maintaining detailed work plan, create all deliverables and work closely with key stakeholders across all segments and functions
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the leadership team, project sponsors, and change agents and other division teams to deliver value to the organization.
  • Building creative, high impact and engaging change management plans and tactics that demonstrably build awareness and acceptance of strategic business initiatives across relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Researching new and innovative methods to enhance communication and change management and seek out new ways to effectively communicate. Researching new and innovative methods for BPM and Project Management and seek out new ways to deliver these services.

Qualifications:

  • University Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience
  • Energetic and high-performing individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand business processes and provide insight to best practices
  • Experience with digital and consumer facing projects.
  • Knowledge and experience with methodologies and approaches such as: Project (Agile, Sprint, Prince2), Business Process (Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking) and Change (Prosci, Kotter)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and creativity in reaching audience. Excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to work collaboratively, communicate and to partner cross-functionally and globally is required
  • Proven track record in leading significant change initiatives in a large and complex global organization required
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple easy-to-understand manner is required.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional, virtual, global matrix teams required. Experience working in a global environment (with multiple countries, regions) and associated cultural awareness required
  • Exceptional facilitation and problems solving skills. Highly refined project and time management capability, able to prioritize multiple projects required
  • Strong digital native with digital experience. Development of digital training materials, communication videos, and adoption measures using current technologies
  • Experience with measuring adoption and change including tools such as Survey Monkey & Poll Everywhere
