Formulate a strategic year plan within set budgets and return on investments.
Build strong relationships with customers, both at Head Office and Store level to create opportunities and drive further growth
Visit stores to check brand execution, stock availability and engage teams, delivering product and brand training to staff to secure their support as ambassadors for Molton Brown
