Reporting to the Marketing Manager Salon, you will be responsible for managing all digital channels of both our brands Goldwell and KMS for the Benelux region. You will be experienced in building an online strategy that meets the overall brand communication objectives and will be able to optimally integrate the online activities in the marketing mix. You will manage the entire content development process by working with local and international stakeholders and will be the go-to person for all online activities and are well up to date on all digital developments.

This position will commence as a fixed term contract with the potential to go permanent in the future.


  • Develop, manage and analyze the digital content for our brands and create a strategy in strong collaboration with the Brand Managers of the brands.
  • Define relevant KPI’s, establish metrics and set up tools to analyse social media activities and programmes and translate findings into recommendations and plans to improve content to maximise results.
  • Monitor trends in Social Media, applications, channels, competitors to capitalize on new industry trends and keep social media efforts up-to-date and effective.
  • Keep the online knowledge of Salon departments up to date with digital developments.
  • You are structured as well as flexible, work well with deadlines and are able to manage the requests. At the same time you are a creative and commercial thinker, being able to create innovative and engaging content in accordance to the strategy and social media policy.
  • Budget management and coordination.


  • University degree in Business Management with a focus on marketing/ communication/ digital
  • 3 years of experience in digital & social media - conceptual and operational and 2+ years managing creative agencies
  • Highly involved in digital media
  • Applied knowledge of existing social media platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language
  • Passion for brands and brand communication
  • Strong feeling for Tone of Voice (differentiation between brands)
  • Strong communication skills
