Based in Copenhagen you support the four KAO Nordics Companies as a Marketing Manager and as a member of the Nordic Salon Leadership Team.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
shape and drive the Nordics business to achieve company goals.
provide the Nordics/Country perspectives for all key brand requirements e.g. key product launch initiatives, pricing structures, multi-channel strategies (direct, wholesale, internet), communication projects (on-line, print, PR, social media).
develop tactics and plans to implement initiatives on a local and channel specific basis.
drive team excellence in Business Analytics – and set clear targets and benchmarks of success by monitoring brand activities, distribution targets and department budgets with a focus on ROI.
deliver strong annual program of promotions, events (Color Zoom Global), , trade communication and PR to drive brand awareness alongside market share.
integrate new brands in the Nordic Salon portfolio
ensure precise forecasting, monitoring and control of the Marketing budgets.
coach and develop your direct reports
develop Goldwell & KMS brand identities through close and open communication with brand managers, Graphic Designer and Global teams.
provide strong support to sales and education teams for all materials required for success in the market.
In order to succeed in this role you:
are a strong influencer and confident communicator
are used to working in a fast paced environment, preferably the Beauty industry.
have minimum five years of working experience in the Beauty industry or from FMCG in an international environment as well as leadership experience
have highly developed skills in English and preferably also knowledge of one of the Nordic languages
hold a Bachelor or Masters degree in Sales and/or Marketing.
are able and willing to travel in the Nordics and rest of Europe on average 4 days a month.
