The Account Consultant (AC) is an inside sales representative that is responsible for building strong relationships and increasing replenishment revenue with the company’s existing salon and retail clients throughout an assigned, multi-state geographic territory.
The Account Consultant is expected to provide a surprising and elevated customer service experience by anticipating customer needs and delivering on those needs in a customized and craftsman like manner.
Grow account revenues within a multi-state geographic territory through building strong relationships with clients and working to implement sell-in and sell-through strategies on an individual account level.
Responsible for goal achievement, new product sell in, and product subscriptions.
Provide superior customer service to clients, fielding inbound calls to receive orders and resolve issues.
Manage a systematic bi-weekly outbound call rotation for all of assigned accounts.
Clearly articulate Oribe Hair Care’s marketing and education programs.
Meet and entertain clients during company events.
Work as a team with 3-4 Brand Managers and Product Knowledge specialists in assigned geographic territories.
Collaborate with other departments and team members to support company initiatives, events and special projects.
Actively participate in meetings. Sharing ideas or presenting information that will contribute to the overall development of the team.
Process and follow-up on orders, including communicating with warehouses to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receipt.
Manage business , maintain client information and conduct on-going analysis of accounts using Oribe Hair Care Customer Relationship Management software.
Support and follow all company sales policies and procedures.
Attend in-field education, company events or special visits to key accounts on an as needed basis.
Attend weekend and evening appointments or events on an as needed basis.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or minimum of 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
Customer service experience
Outside Sales in Fashion and/or Salon Industry experience preferred
Computer savvy, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Proven sales and/or consulting ability with strong communication skills.
Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
Passion for excellent customer service

Highly organized with the ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
