Overview:

The Client Services Representative provides prompt, courteous and professional service to all incoming calls to ensure they meet or exceed all customer expectations while providing detailed product knowledge. The representative executes accurate and efficient order entry and oversight.

Position is a Monday - Friday, 11:30am - 8pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Answers all incoming calls in the queue in a prompt, courteous and professional manner and respond accordingly.
  • Accurately processes orders as submitted by customers and Salon Consultants via phone, fax, and email.
  • Works with Sales and Education to support their needs and supplies.
  • Processes new accounts and account changes per company policy.
  • Inputs and validates returns into the automated system, follows up on returns as outlined in company product return policy.
  • Works with assigned Salon Consultants to arrange call tags for Salon Consultant product pick up.
  • Processes tax credits, discount credits and freight credits.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar field with progressively higher skills and training.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service preferably in a call center environment with knowledge of Collections/AR functions.
  • Must be able to work the shift of 11am - 8pm, Monday - Friday.
  • Experience in master data management
  • Experience in master data management detail processes in ERP (SAP) system
  • Strong data entry skills and knowledge of SAP software level 4.6 or similar platform skills.
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet software, and word processing MS Office software, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with the ability to create and properly format documents, spreadsheets, charts, tables, presentations and generate/print reports.
  • Requires strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to ensure that all assignments and projects are completed in an organized, efficient, accurate manner within established deadlines.
  • Must be able to interact in a professional and appropriate manner with all employees and customers at all levels to resolve issues and discrepancies.
