To support Kao globally for all compensation related activities. The individual will work closely with HR Business Partners and Managers to deliver on time, accurate, and efficient annual salary planning cycle, participate in salary surveys, job evaluation, market pricing and short term incentive administration. The compensation specialist will also prepare and create reports to help managers run their organizations and have an instrumental role with administration and maintenance of our HRIS (SAP) and support auditing processes.
Expertise in more than one of the following Compensation functional areas: Market Pricing, Base Pay programs, Job Evaluations, Short Term Incentive, Long Term Incentives, Survey Participation and Recognition Rewards.
Responsible for set up, administration, maintenance, reporting and auditing of employee data through the use of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) within the Americas and EMEA region.
Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards as they apply to compensation programs/policies.
Applies knowledge of human resources law, FLSA, SOX regulations, policies, and concepts.
Thorough knowledge of compensation admin guidelines and how they apply to overall strategic direction.
True strategic business partner with the organization. Full understanding of the business processes and ability to consult organization(s) on compensation field best practices.
5-7 years of related experience in compensation field or Master's degree with 2 -3 years of related experience
Strong background & understanding of HRIS, SAP and Workday
Expertise in more than one of the following Compensation functional areas:
Market Pricing, Base Pay programs, Job Evaluations, Short Term Incentive, Long Term Incentives, Survey Participation and Recognition Rewards
Fully competent HR professional in all compensation related areas of assignment
