Overview

The Community Manager is responsible for creating and managing frequent, relevant and authentic content that attract the consumer to engage with the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Campaign Communication
    • Digital media planning (for paid)
    • Digital Content Creation & Asset Adaptation (for paid, owned and earned)
    • Influencer Strategy

  • Always On Brand Communication
    • Development Digital Content Calendar
    • Digital Media planning (for paid)
    • Digital asset Creation (e.g. own or via NewsCred)
    • BazaarVoice: UGC- Selection & Reporting
    • Brand Ambassador Strategy, Sourcing and Deployment

  • Email Marketing (as part of Always On)
    • Definition KPI's
    • Content Calendar & Planning delivery times
    • Local executions/ designs/content
    • Landing Pages
    • Continuous testing, reporting & optimization
    • Data base management (DMP)
    • Management & maintenance of address data
    • Personalization & Customer Loyalty Programs

  • Website Maintenance (as part of Always on)
    • Packaging updates
    • Specific content in carousel
    • Translations
    • Product assortments
    • Localize logic
    • Review Adobe Dashboard/Analytics
  • SEa/SEO (As part of Always On)
    • Set-up copy docs
    • Identify/define key words
    • Special set-up for campaign periods
    • Reporting & optimization

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience with focus on Digital Marketing
  • Ideally haircare category experience
  • Beauty and lifestyle affinity
  • Familiarity/proficiency with digital/social channels, platforms, KPI's, best practices
  • Creative Thinking
  • Must speak and write English business fluently, German language (oral and written) is a must
