Customer Logistics Coordinator

Overview

To oversee the full end to end account management for Amazon, A newly acquired customer. Process orders, manage all account related queries and reported shortages and work to reduce the number of non-compliance related changes.

To take ownership of the fast growing corporate business, working with the corpoarte sales manager to gain a full understanding of where the corporate channel is heading and process all new customer orders. In addition, work with the warehouse to ensure that all orders ar being packed according to the packing specifications for the items being ordered.

In addition to the above provide cross functional support to the rest of the Customer Logistics Team- providing support for all hotel and retail channels

*9 month Fixed Term Contract*

Responsibilities

  • To manage full end to end order process for the Amazon and Corporate Sales Channels and ensure a high standard or service is provided in accordance with the Kao/Molton Brown standards, policies and procedures
  • To act as internal liaison between sales and supply chain to actively communicate and potential service issues both internally and to clients
  • Trouble shooting all problem areas and work on process improvements
  • To provide support to the rest of the customer logistics team
  • Ability to prioritise work and commit to deadlines
  • Commercial awareness
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Customer Service ( 2 years minimum)
  • Experience with B2B sales (2 years minimum)
  • Strong Excel and report creation capability
  • Experience and knowledge in the luxury customer service field ideal
