Customer Logistics Coordinator

Overview

The Customer Logistics Coordinator will act as point of contact for customer sales enquiries and carry out the corresponding administrative tasks whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
  • Creating and updating customer order forms and product price lists.
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy in all levels of documentation – customer correspondence, order forms, contracts, price lists, etc.
  • Dealing with customers' sales queries via telephone, email, fax or post.
  • Providing a central point of contact for liaison with Account Managers.
  • Providing and maintaining a high level of customer service based on parameters established by the Company.
  • Create new accounts and complete the relevant documents relating to new account openings.
  • Trouble shooting problem areas and escalate if necessary.
  • Generating reports for the sales team and management.
  • Maintaining customer data in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Flexibility to support cross-functional requirements within the department including the retail and shipping co-ordinators responsibilities.

Qualifications

The jobholder must possess or have experience of:

  • Customer services
  • Multi-task handling
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • SAP experience would be an advantage
