Event & Communication Manager

Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementation of all local communication activities including PR, social media, website/webshop content
  • Development and execution of local events as well as managing the participation of customers at global events
  • Responsible for all local sponsoring activities
  • Management of press networks as well as external communication with beauty and salon press
  • Continuous tracking and reporting of all activities
  • Coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Management of various partner networks

Qualifications

  • BA/MA in Marketing/ communication with 2 years of working experience in event marketing or communication or comparable education in communication with 4 years of working experience
  • Excellent knowledge of local media environment, ideally in lifestyle
  • Awareness of trends and affinity to beauty industry
  • Affinity to beauty care industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent teamplayer
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented and entrepreneurial
  • Affinity to modern communication tools and systems, knowledge in CMS
  • Excellent skills in MS Office
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written German, English and French
