Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the local marketing plan as well as integrated SME (Sales Marketing Education) activity plan in line with overall strategy
  • Be responsible for all local brand activities concerning brand building and brand awareness (Promotions, PR, online communication, networking, etc.)
  • Partner with local sales and education teams to create local promotional plans, in line with the regional plans
  • Be responsible for local market and business analysis (market size, market share, competitive analysis) as well as price positioning
  • Translate of Go to Market Materials, including final production and stock and asset management
  • Plan and control marketing budget
  • Collect and process local market and customer feedback

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Economics with focus on Marketing
  • 3-5 years experience in Marketing in FMCG industry, salon experience preferred
  • Experience in managing Social Media activities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent networking skills, including ability to facilitate communities
  • Excellent analytical skills to ensure continuous Improvement
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Excellent skills in Czech and English
  • Driving license (group B)
