National Account Manager

Overview

Managing total Market of Sweden & Finland and thus meeting budgeted sales and profit targets. Develop strategic plans that ensure Molton Brown partners with our customers and that sales for Molton Brown are maximised. The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to make a difference and will recognise the strength of the Molton Brown brand in helping them achieve this.

Responsibilities

  • To drive sales and profit of Molton Brown
  • To develop accurate forecast and strengthen plans
  • To build relationships with account, both at store level and headquarter to maximize business growth and opportunities
  • To formulate a strategic year plan within set budgets and return on investments
  • To generate creative ideas to drive business growth (out of the box thinking)
  • To drive excellent execution for launches at store level
  • To train store staff to understand key brand enefits to support sales/enable access to training for store staff as well as set plans for store visits

Qualifications

  • BSc/BA degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Ability to analyse sales, competitor and market data in order to make recommendations for the business
  • Experience in meeting budgeted sales and profit growth targets
  • Experience in P&L accountability
  • 2-5 years experience in an account management / retail facing role
  • Experience and understanding of business development
  • Managing and delivering top and bottom line sales in line with distribution and channel strategies
  • Experienced in building relationships with retailers for the benefit of the total business
  • Experienced in working with retailers at Head quarter and Store level the business
  • Generate and initiate ideas though excellent marketing understanding and to work with the Marketing team. Help execute brand strategies that will drive aggressive growth of total brand
  • Strong negotiation skills, communication and reasoning are key
  • Ability to understand strategic objectives oft he business and develop/implement appropriate plans that deliver to targets set
  • Ability to understand and analyse market and sales data
