Product Manager

Overview

The Product Manager John Frieda is responsible for the execution of the brand activation strategy for the DACH region contributing to continued growth of the brand.She/He reports directly to the Senior Product Manager John Frieda D/A/CH.

Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of brand activation plans to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Developing all specific country support across 4Ps to present and implement brand launches
  • Monitoring, evaluating and interpreting brand and competitor development in the market
  • Execution of sales and budget planning and forecasting
  • Closely collaborate with other departments (sales, trade marketing, market research)
  • Work closely with external and internal partners and team to ensure all communication opportunities are maximized

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration / Business Sales or comparable commercial education and at least 3 years working experience
  • Graduated at University in business economy with focus on Marketing
  • Gained at least 3 years' experience in product management working for a flourishing international company in the branded FMCG sector
  • Ideally hair care category experience
  • Excellent understanding of ATL as well as BTL marketing
  • Good feeling for premium beauty business and possesses strong strategic agility
  • Must show initiative, is enthusiastic and has strong drive for results
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytic but also possesses good creative skills
  • Must speak and write English business fluently, German language (oral and written) is a must
