Beside a clear focus on collecting the outstanding debts and keeping the balances clean, you must be able to make the difference: Prioritize your daily challenges and keep the focus on our mission to maximize the time spend on the added value as a business partner. We want you to challenge the existing processes and procedures and initiate process changes to keep moving forward.


  • Relevant educational background;
  • Relevant working experience, preferably 3-5 years' experience within a Credit Collection environment;
  • Willing to relocate to the Netherlands;
  • Experienced working within a changing environment with a continue focus on process improvement;
  • Ability to prioritize your own workload and getting things done;
  • Ability to collaborate in a team;
  • Dispute resolution skills, and high accuracy;
  • Relevant system knowledge (preferably SAP), proficiency in Excel;
  • Native Italian speaker and fluent in English.
