Senior Workday Analyst


The Senior Workday Analyst will support Kao globally as the HRIS systems administrator (Workday super user) and also assist strategic projects and initiatives.

The role we requires understanding complex Workday configuration with writing condition rules.


  • Responsible for security, administration, maintenance, reporting and auditing of employee data through the use of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) within the Americas and EMEA region.
  • Will support set up and maintenance and configuration of organization and position management, business processes, job profiles, grades and salary structures.
  • Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards as they apply to Workday programs/policies.
  • True strategic business partner with the organization.
  • Full understanding of the business processes and ability to consult organization(s) on compensation field best practices.


  • Fully competent HR professional in all compensation related areas of assignment.
  • Strong background with HRIS administration (Workday strongly preferred).
  • Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
  • Ability to manage a project from start to finish with minimal direction.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree with 2 -3 years of related experience.
  • Strong background & understanding of Workday.
