Responsibilities

What do we expect from you?

As Teamlead Cash Management you lead a small team (5fte) of cash management professionals. You are a strong leader and mentor to the team with demonstrated experience in leading from the front and making an impact on our organization. Responsible for the day-to-day cash & bank operations with a focus on continuous improvement of efficiency, effectiveness and added-value. You contribute to operational excellence and knowledge of the cash management function with KAO EMEA. In order to achieve this, you pro-actively take the lead in automation of daily activities, centralization of liquidity, minimizing financial risks for the group core activities. You consider yourself a driver of change.

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Finance / Business Economics;
  • Relevant experience, with at least 3+ years' as a teamlead/manager, within a Cash Management environment;
  • Experienced working within a changing environment with a continue focus on improvement;
  • Experience/track record in running projects and process setup and automation within Cash Management processes;
  • Flexible in working hours and workload;
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages like German, Italian, French is an advantage;
  • Preferably experience in a larger organization or FSSC;
  • Accurate.
